From Garganega grapes, Veneto IGT

From dialectal origin, the name refers to hilly areas where the vine is usually cultivated: small lawns at the foot of the hill.

It’s made with Garganega grapes and a small percentage of aromatic grapes.

After the pressing, the juice is fermented in steel tanks at 14°C. Afterwards the wine is aged “sur lies” for a few months.

Campeto has a straw-yellow colour and a mineral and fruity aroma. It has a savoury and fresh flavour and it’s a full bodied wine.

Great as aperitif wine, Campeto is well served with seafood dishes or with any course.

Ideal serving temperature: 9-10°C.
