The name Campeto is of dialectal origin, indicates the area where the vineyards are typically cultivated, a small portion of meadow at the foot of a hill. Campeto is produced mainly from Garganega grapes with a low percentage of other aromatic varieties. After pressing, the must ferments in steel tanks at 14 ° C and is then refined "sur lies" for a few months. Its pale yellow colour, with mineral and fruity aromas has a savoury, fresh and well-structured flavour. Excellent as an aperitif wine, it can also accompany fish or as a wine with all types of dishes. Recommended to be served between 9-10 ° C .
