PREAMBLE

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale refers to, the regulations of purchase of products through the internet which are available, via the internet, from the website www.frigowine.it

PRICES

The prices are indicated in EURO and include VAT for all countries in the European Union.

ORDERS

All payments are made in EURO and include transport costs and VAT for all countries in the European Union. No other amount will be due at the time of delivery. Please check the accuracy of the information before placing orders, as well as delivery address. In case of errors, please notify us immediately to our E-Mail address:  sales@frigowine.it. We do not take any responsibility for errors made in identifying the delivery address.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

We use specialised transport services when delivering the products. The cost of shipment is based on the destination and the number of bottles purchased, this is indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery times depend exclusively on the times declared by the delivery service and are generally 4-10 working days for shipments to Italy and 4-15 working days for shipments outside of Italy.
