Priale indicates the ancient name of the easements on agricultural land.

It is a Bordeaux blend, therefore produced with selected Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes.

After pressing, the must ferments for 15 days at a temperature of 28 ° C. The wine is aged in barriques for about 10-11 months and then left to rest in the bottle for at least 30 days.

Garnet red color, with aromas of wild berries and spicy notes, persistent and elegant flavor. Wines with a Bordeaux blend have a good tannin given by Cabernet Sauvignon, which thanks to the use of Merlot, is dampened.

Its body accompanies savory dishes based on red meat, roasts, game and of course aged cheeses.

It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 18-20 ° C
